Goran Visnjic: I Eat Plants and Protect the Animals

My family doesn’t eat red meat anymore, and if accidentally I make a mistake in a restaurant and order a pepperoni pizza, my kids warn me and immediately change the order, says actor Goran Visnjic. Before, I was really looking forward to meeting with my friends at Film Festival as we would always prepare lamb meet, but now I’m looking forward to eating vegan kebabs, as they are my favorite treat. The reason why Visnjic came to Zagreb this time was to help his Animal Friends, and save chinchillas that are killed for their fur.

After showing up with his chestnut-colored hair, wrinkle free complexion and visibly thinner, reporters couldn’t help but ask him what is the secret to his new appearance. As Goran Visnjic stated that he would join "TGWTDT" and no longer drink, nor smoke, he is getting up every morning before seven to exercise. He now eats quinoa, vegan Indian specialties, and other healthy foods. For many years now, Visnjic and his wife Eva have been active members in numerous organizations for protecting the animals. I’ve grown a lot, which means I don’t have the same view on life as twenty years ago when fighting for animals rights wasn’t even on top of my head. But people change, and now because of mine and my wife’s activities, an entire part of a zoo is named after me – shared Visnjic. Thanks’ to our help, and the help of our fellow activists, the laws on orangutans and elephants protection have been changed. And it all started when his Eva showed him video footage of a seals stick brutal killing. Since then the actor has invested a lot of time and efforts into this cause.

Once the school years starts and our children return to their school obligations, hopefully we’ll have even more time to dedicate to our animal friends. His oldest son spent the summer in Zagreb with his grandparents, and his wife Eva took their other children to the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Goran Visnjic now looks better and younger than ever before, just like a true Hollywood star.
